Chic and sporty dressage competition 2020 – Ygrande’ Castle 03

First outing in dressage competition with Optimist Halsnaes, Fantasia and Feelings.

• A podium for Optimist who finished number third in amateur 3 imposed A with 68.833%! He finished at 6th position with 65.111% in the preliminary amateur 3,
• Vivaldy had two good rounds: in amateur 3 imposed A with 63.111% and in amateur 3 preliminary with 60.333%. Clear progress, especially for the galloping starts.

Our two young mares(5 years old) took their first steps in SHF dressage competition in CL 1 preliminary test under the watchful eye of Bernard Maurel, 5 * FEI Judge , and Fantasia and Feelings made us very happy:

• Feelings finished at 65% showing a lot of good will in the course of the recovery under Olivier’s saddle,
• Fantasia managed to deal with her excess emotions and despite some errors in the layout (Laurence!) Finished at 64.6%.

We received encouraging comments from the judge who congratulated us on training our young horses in dressage, a prerequisite for any future use, whatever the discipline.
